- Suddenly I find myself at the wonderful age of 40 something and a grandmother of two beautiful little girls.
OK I know it wasn't overnight, however, it does seem as though just yesterday I was a young mother in my 20's.
Me oh my time sure does fly!
I have a love for fitness and feel it is very important as we age to take care of ourselves. Aging is something that happens naturally, however, I have made it my goal to fight the aging process as hard as I can.
Oh and did I mention I love to write. And have many diet and fitness articles I will share over time.
